What we do
Al Anad is a Saudi collections office recovering overdue debt on behalf of creditors. We reach the customer, remind them and point them to the official payment channel and we never touch their money. When it's needed, we escalate by the book through to enforcement.

How it works
An organised, sequential workflow built for accuracy and customer satisfaction, escalating gradually without sacrificing the relationship.

Stage 01
Collection begins by phone: reminding customers of what's due and directing them to the creditor's official payment channel.

Stage 02
If payment doesn't follow the first contact, we send notices with the debt details, the amount due, where to pay officially, and the consequences of non-payment.

Stage 03
When a debtor doesn't respond, a dedicated team finds out why the bill is late, clarifies it and removes obstacles, so the debtor pays the creditor directly.

Stage 04
If no settlement is reached, we turn to legal action to recover the debt by filing claims and obtaining judgments.

Stage 05
Once a judgment is issued, it is enforced through the competent authorities to recover the overdue amount.

Stage 06
Every step is documented and the debt's status is tracked periodically until the amount is recovered.
How payment works
We never receive payments and we don't offer instalments. Our job is to reach the customer, remind them, and direct them to the website of the company that issued the bill, or its official place of payment, so they pay their bill themselves, directly.
A call, an SMS and a WhatsApp message politely remind them of the outstanding bill.
Services
From a courteous reminder to court enforcement, we run the whole cycle on your behalf.
Structured call, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns that remind customers of what they owe and direct them to the creditor's official payment channel.

Technology
We run on an integrated, data-driven central system for managing customers and communications. Everything about current and prospective customers is stored in one place, so teams get the insight they need the moment they need it. We also built our own system to evaluate how efficient and successful our operations are, in line with our standards and procedures.

Upload Excel files, distribute calls and messages automatically or manually, and track contact status per portfolio.

Search by name or ID, sort by priority and debt value, with daily indicators and the collection rate.

Each agent's workload: required, completed and reached, with call outcomes classified.

A summary per office and portfolio: bills and customers targeted by calls and messages, with downloadable lists.
Names, ID numbers and mobile numbers are blurred to protect customer privacy.

Legal procedures
Once the collection team has exhausted all contact attempts and tried to resolve the case amicably, we follow a clear sequence to file claims:
Najiz: the Ministry of Justice electronic services platformDebtor data is sent through the system to the operations department.
Operations researches and verifies the outbound call reports, classifies each debtor as a business or an individual, and obtains the required documents from internal departments.
Our contracted law firm is asked to study the cases and prepare a complete statement of claim, with full detail and documents and free of legal gaps.
A monthly list of subscriptions to be referred to court is sent to the client for approval, then moved to a judicial portfolio and followed up weekly until judgment.
The client is updated periodically after judgments are issued, with a report from the Najiz electronic judicial services platform.
How we operate
Internal oversight and evaluation policies ensure the team follows consumer-protection law and runs collections to a high professional standard.
We never disclose a debtor's personal information without prior consent, and never use threats, blackmail or defamation.
Calls are recorded and the records kept as conclusive evidence of what was agreed, which also clarifies responsibility in any dispute.
We avoid contact late at night, at weekends, and on official public holidays.
Our people
Our employees hold university degrees in business, management, finance and accounting, plus training before they start work and specialist training in debt collection, negotiation and persuasion.
